All orders are shipped from The Green Pet Shop in Illinois. We strive to process and ship every order within 48 hours of receipt, Monday - Friday.

Shipping Methods & Options – Domestic (USA)
We utilize USPS as our preferred shipment carrier. Choose from USPS Ground (delivery in 3-5 business days) or USPS Priority Mail (delivery in 2-4 business days). Delivery times may vary based on your location. If you're unable to receive packages from USPS, please let us know in the COMMENTS field when you place your order.
For all customers, we offer:
- A flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 via USPS Ground
- A flat-rate shipping fee of $10 via USPS Priority Mail
Additionally, enjoy free shipping on orders of two pens or more! This discount will automatically apply at checkout for qualifying orders. (Cannot be combined with other offers)
For wholesalers, shipping costs vary based on weight and distance. To determine your shipping charges, simply add items to your shopping cart, fill in the required fields to estimate shipping and tax, then navigate to the "Shipping Method" screen at checkout.
Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments
- DAMAGED shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery.
- Please email us in case of damaged or lost shipments.
Occasionally, some products will be temporarily out of stock. If this is the case, we will ship those items as soon as they arrive or notify you if the wait will be longer than one week.
